About Me

Hi, I am Hurudza, the founder of Feeling Fitness. I want you to know that I feel your pain - I am a high performer, and in my successes and failures I struggled with crippling stress and anxiety.

I tried breath work, CBT, reframing, being active, connecting with people, "Me time", working smarter, and I always felt like it takes too long to lower my stress levels. I never finished managing the old stress before I feel new stress. That is until I discovered the core of Feeling Fitness.

The Feeling Fitness system was a labour of love aimed at building calm and freedom into my life. It’s taken more than 10,000 hours across 10 years to get to this point. I am hoping to save you more than 99% of that time.
